Our South Florida Criminal Defense Law Firm
EXPERIENCED, AGGRESSIVE, PROFESSIONAL, SKILLED
As experienced Florida Criminal Defense Lawyers, the attorneys at Leifert & Leifert understand that any criminal allegation of illegal or unlawful activity can have a devastating effect on your reputation, your livelihood and overall well-being. It is crucial that any criminal case be handled with extreme care and caution by an experienced Florida criminal defense attorney. Each case needs to be carefully assessed to determine if it can be dismissed and removed from your record. If you are a first time offender, you may be eligible for dismissal and clearing of your record.
Our goal at Leifert & Leifert is to supply the very best legal representation possible. We are regarded as aggressive and unbending attorneys when it comes to fighting for our clients. We never back down from a fight.
We are relentless in our pursuit of the very best outcome for our clients. The ultimate goal in every criminal or traffic matter we handle is to get the case dismissed altogether or to obtain an acquittal at trial.
Your case will not be handled by a “coverage attorney.”
The criminal defense attorney who represents you needs to be with you throughout the entire process. South Florida Attorneys are increasingly using what is referred to as a “coverage attorney” who knows very little about your case. In other words, the attorney you hire isn’t always the one who handles your case. We WILL NOT send attorneys/lawyers outside of our firm to “cover” your case. When you hire Leifert & Leifert we take our commitment seriously.
Can your case be dismissed?
For misdemeanors and certain felony offenses, you may be eligible for entry into a “diversion” program, commonly referred to as Misdemeanor Diversion or Pretrial Intervention, that may result in the Government dismissing or “dropping” the charges against you. To be eligible, this must be your first offense. This is truly a valuable option that should not be overlooked. Our criminal defense attorneys have the knowledge and experience which may accomplish this result should you be eligible.
Court Appearances in South Florida Court
For most Misdemeanor, Criminal Traffic, and Traffic Ticket cases our lawyers can attend court for you and see the case to a final resolution without you having to appear.
