Criminal Traffic Offenses
Traffic criminal cases need to be handled with extreme care. Three or more convictions for a qualifying offense will cause the Department of Motor Vehicles to declare a driver a “Habitual Traffic Offender” which will cause the loss of your driver’s license for five years.
