Client was accused of shoplifting in the Pembroke Lakes Mall and was arrested by Pembroke Pines Police Department for petit theft contrary to Florida. Successfully negotiated the client’s entry into a diversion program which ultimately resulted in the charges being dropped. The case was handled in Broward County at the Hollywood Courthouse before the Judge.
